• Southwester Newspaper, May 2003 - Hogates Gets New Owner: Well known Hogates Restaurant closed its doors October 2001. The National Capital Revitalization Corporation has recently leased Hogates on the Southwest waterfront to the operators of the Palladeum Restaurant near Dupont Circle. The new restaurant is expected to open in six months.
